Controlled Air, Yanmar Energy Systems and Tedom align under Yanmar Energy Systems North America

For 45 years, Controlled Air has been your trusted partner for design-build HVAC and energy solutions. Today, we are excited to share a significant milestone in our journey.

We have officially realigned under a new entity: Yanmar Energy Systems North America (YESNA) . This move brings Controlled Air, Yanmar Energy Systems, and TEDOM together as one unified force.

What This Means for You

You will see a new logo with a fresh, modern look, but our commitment to your facility remains exactly the same.  Invoices and contracts will be labeled under Yanmar Energy Systems North America.

Here is what you can continue to count on:

1. Same Expert Team: You will work with the same manager, technicians, and project managers you have known for years. Same service you have come to expect
2. Same Local Presence: Our headquarters remains at 15 NE Industrial Road, Branford, CT. All three companies now operate under this same roof to ensure seamless collaboration.
3. Uninterrupted Service: There are no changes to your current maintenance contracts, active projects, or service schedules. New contracts will be sent under Yanmar Energy Systems North America name. Existing contracts remain in place until renewal where they will be sent under the new entity name.
4. Payments & Invoicing: You will notice our new group logo but everything else remains largely unchanged. All accounts and addresses are the same as they have been.
