The foundation of our AFM System is Real Time Energy Management (RTEM). RTEM is an advanced technology analytics-based solution tool. This technology offers a forensic evaluation of utility meter one-year historical 15-minute interval data. Louis Savarese, Energy Solutions Applications Engineer
The Agile Facility Management program is being led by Louis Savarese, our Energy Solutions Application Engineer. Louis has been reverse engineering commercial/industrial, hospital, non-profit and university buildings since 2010. In his previous roles, Louis’ area of expertise centered on designing Battery Storage Systems, Demand Response Strategies, Micro Grid Systems, Retro-Commissioning Mechanical System, HVAC Control Systems, and provided cloud based RTEM metrics for turn-key engineering solutions in commercial buildings throughout the New York, Tri-State area and beyond.
